Developmental Disability Services
URSA provides 24 hour service to individuals living with developmental disabilities. Programs focus on assisting individuals with meeting their personal goals, in both their home and community settings. URSA also has an adult respite space.
Indigenous Services
Kootenay Lodge is a vital supported housing program serving the most vulnerable and at-risk indigenous people. Kootenay Lodge provides supported and specialized housing for homeless indigenous adults who live with disabilities.
Brain Injury Services
Brain injury survivors are supported in a community based setting which promotes independence. Our community access programs focus on community participation to maintain their physical stamina as well as prevent social isolation.
Children’s Services
Residential and respite services are offered for children. This three bedroom home provides two rooms to permanent residents and a third for respite care. Children staying with us enjoy consistency in their school programs and participation in recreation and leisure programs.
